Students from the University of Karachi visited the HMR Waterfront precinct on Karachi's Arabian Sea edge. The walk-through covered the gated community layout, residential tower mix, and shared amenities planned for the fourteen-tower masterplan.
Faculty and students reviewed arrival sequences, podium retail, and sea-facing apartment orientations — the same questions buyers raise on a first site visit. The session closed at the experience centre on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue, DHA Phase 8.
